Prize Details

The prize is a European river cruise for two people, sailing with VIVA Cruises.

• The prize includes a cabin for two people on a river cruise of up to 4 nights.
• Accommodation is based on a Ruby Deck cabin.
• The cruise must depart in November or December 2026.
• The sailing is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The prize includes VIVA All-Inclusive as standard.

Flights

• Return flights from the UK are included for the winner and their guest.
• Departure airport options will be provided once the winner has been notified.
• Flights may be indirect and will include standard checked baggage.
• Flights are only included for UK-based winners.
• Flights from non-UK departure points are not included and cannot be arranged.

Booking & Availability

• Prize will be drawn 31 July 2026
• The winner must select their preferred sailing within 14 days of being notified.
• If a sailing is not chosen within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Upgrades to higher cabin categories may be available at an additional cost, payable by the winner.

What’s Not Included

• Travel insurance.
• Any personal expenses or onboard purchases not included in the VIVA All-Inclusive package.
• Transfers to or from UK departure airports unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional services not specifically mentioned as included.

Eligibility & Entry

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entrants must be subscribed to The River Cruise Company mailing list at the time of the draw.
• Anyone who unsubscribes prior to the draw will not be eligible to win.

Travel Requirements

• The winner and guest must hold valid passports and meet all entry requirements for the countries visited.
• Any visas or travel documentation required are the responsibility of the winner.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the winner.

General Terms

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative sailing or date outside of November or December 2026.
• The winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances require.
